The Site, including any content, text, graphics and downloadable material, is provided for general information about Safari and the S.A.F.A.R.I. Fertility App. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation and the Site is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified clinician for decisions about your health or treatment.

The S.A.F.A.R.I. Fertility App is a methodology developed by Dr Vasileios Sarafis MD and co-authored on the peer-reviewed manuscript with Dr Luca Gianaroli (IFFS, Director of Global Educational Programs). References on the Site are descriptive and do not create any clinician-patient relationship between you and the authors or Safari.

Information you submit through forms or email is processed in line with our Privacy Notice. You confirm that information you submit is accurate, that you are entitled to submit it, and that submitting it does not breach any duty owed to a third party (including patient confidentiality).

All content on the Site — including the "Safari" and "S.A.F.A.R.I. Protocol" names, the protocol methodology, written copy, logos, visual identity, and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to Safari Health P.C. and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, framing, scraping, training of AI models, or commercial republication, requires our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safari makes no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safari and its officers, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is dated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction, save that nothing prevents you from bringing a claim before a competent court in your country of residence where mandatory consumer-protection law so requires.
