Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice explains how Safari Health P.C. ("Safari", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through safari-b2b.lovable.app and any successor domain (the "Site"). It applies only to the Site. Use of the Safari mobile application is governed by a separate in-app privacy notice.

1. Who we are

Safari Health P.C. is a private company registered in Thessaloniki, Greece. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") we are the data controller of personal data collected through this Site. You can contact us at info@thesafarihealth.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to send us:
  • Enquiry data — name, role, clinic or organisation, country and work email address submitted through the partnership form on /for-clinics.
  • Email correspondence — anything you choose to write to us at our published mailbox addresses.
  • Technical data — IP address, user agent and request logs strictly necessary to operate and secure the Site.
We do not collect special-category health data through this Site, and we do not use the Site to provide clinical services.

3. Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible partnership — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in running our business).
  • To operate and secure the Site — Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in service integrity).
  • To comply with legal obligations applicable to Safari — Article 6(1)(c).

4. Cookies and analytics

This Site uses only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to display the page and remember your interface preferences. We do not currently run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking cookies on this Site. If we add analytics in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
  • Service providers acting on our written instructions (hosting, email, security), bound by GDPR Article 28 data-processing terms.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required.

6. International transfers

Where personal data leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid Article 46 GDPR transfer mechanism.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then deleted or anonymised, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer retention period is legally required.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@thesafarihealth.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to the limited nature of data processed through this Site, including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls and vetted hosting providers.

10. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change. The current version is dated at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
